Nicole Carrier

Nicole has been a part of the restaurant industry since she was 15 years old with experience in every position in the Front of the House along with a short stint in the Back of House. While she has left the restaurant industry for a few management positions, she always seems to find her way back due to her love for hospitality. Now with her position in the corporate office, there is a beautiful cohesion of hospitality management and being challenged administratively. Good N U Hospitality has also allowed Nicole to express her many different skills within her position such as teaching ServSafe (she has been a certified instructor for 5 years) classes for employees and utilizing her passion for artistic expression through marketing or her chalkboard drawings within the restaurants. She now feels that she has finally found her career within the restaurant industry and can’t wait to see what’s to come for the group as it grows.
