Tony is very passionate about what he does. Over the years, he has been fortunate to work for great companies with good people. He believes that nothing is more fulfilling than being part of a team and having every member of that team work tirelessly to achieve a common goal. He started his career many years ago waiting tables, washing dishes and cooking at his family’s Italian Restaurant, La Mia Cucina, in the suburbs of Boston. He always knew from the young age of 9 that he wanted to be in the restaurant business. He eventually enrolled in Culinary School and was soon on his way. He spent years in the kitchen cooking in Scottsdale Arizona, learning different cooking styles and having the great fortune of working for great teachers and leaders. Tony knew early on in his career what type of leader he wanted to be, taking on the best traits displayed by mentors at Hillstone, Back Bay Restaurant Group, Brinker International and most importantly his parents who opened their first restaurant in 1986.
