Wally Salguero

Wally was born and raised in El Salvador, where he spent 5 years studying art at the University of El Salvador. He came to Boston in 2005. Wally is married with two children aged 4 and 11.

He has always had a great passion for cooking for the restaurant business since a very young age. He has a globally inspired palate and cooking style however his favorites are Mediterranean flavors and working with seafood. Wally joined Good N U Hospitality in 2010 where he has worked at the Biltmore Bar & Grille, Local 149 and now Article 24.  His prior experience included working at the Lenox Hotel and for Todd English at King Fish Hall, Figs and Olive.
